On 18th October 2021, TheMinistry of Humanitarian and Disaster Management of South West State organized a meeting on humanitarian situation on Diinsor district, Bay region. The meeting was held in Baidoa at the ministries compound and was attended by Minister of MoPIED Ahmed Madobe Nunow, Humanitarian advisor to the office of the president, Deputy Minister of MoHADM SWS Abdikadir Sheikh Ali Baraka, some members of Diinsor district council and Agencies operating in Dinsor district. Discussion was on deteriorating challenges of rising malnutrition, high food price, poor health and increasing vulnerabilities as the result.
